This work highlights how Reactome provides a robust framework for enhancing the interpretability of machine learning models in precision medicine.

The model leveraged Reactome pathways in combination with large language models (LLMs) to provide a mechanistic foundation. It demonstrated strong performance and was applied to predict patient drug responses, with predictions supported by experimental validation.
