Message from our lawn maintenance company:
Dear Customer, This past week has been a situation our area has never experienced. With the presence of ICE, most laborers (regardless of eligibility/legality) felt safer to stay home with their families than take the risk of being detained for an unknown length of time. Even with perfect legal documentation, workers were afraid of being associated with the true target of the procedure. We apologize for the inconvenience this delay of service has caused. As everyone becomes more comfortable with the development of the process, service will resume - hopefully, in time for your next scheduled service.

It seems to sum up my feelings right now.

One man is asking “Do you have any fucks?” And another is answering “go fish.” This question and response is based on a children’s card game named “Go Fish” in which a deck of cards is dealt out to a few players and then everyone takes turns asking other if they have certain cards in an attempt to create pairs of cards that they can lay down. If a person has the card you ask for you must give it to them if they do not they say go fish. The man’s answer therefore implies “I have no fucks to give”

I wonder what he’s peaking at?
A small bird forward and at a jaunty angle with its head to its left. From this angle you almost exclusively see the birds white belly. Though from the back the bird would be mostly grey. The Birds Eye (only one is visible) is black as is the beak. There is a bit of black feathers just above the beak. Also visible is a bit of black and grey on the wings and back.
