I once saw Tricky Woo put on the greatest live show of all-time in a room with 30 people tops (counting the band, bar staff, sound guy, coat check people, and the dozen or so people who bought tickets to see the show).

The rotation is alright but I'm not convinced Berrios will do normal Berrios things next year. I think there's a good chance his elbow is shot. To be rock solid, the team needs another arm.

Berrios likely doesn't opt out. I can't imagine a world where he pitches well enough to test free agency.

To your point, the team had a hell of a run, even starting in '83 when they finished 89-73. From '83-'93, their worst record was 86-76. If there had been wild cards, they would have also played post-season ball in '84, '87, and '90.

The 1987 Blue Jays finished 2nd to the Tigers with a 96-66 record. They were 96-59 and up 3.5 games with a week to go and lost their last 7, including four 1-run games to the Tigers to end up 2 games behind the Tigers that year. It was an epic collapse that still stings for older Jays fans.

It's called spaghettini.

Because it's tini.

It's a tini spaghetti!

Desmond shouldn't count. He didn't play a single game as a first baseman until after he became a Rockie. Even then, he was only the primary first baseman in one of his three seasons there.

The bouncer wasn't carding anyone that night, not even us. I gave the bouncer the tickets, and we had our IDs ready to go, but he just told us to go in and enjoy the show. He must have thought if we knew who the band was, we must be old enough. 2/2

I had an inverse situation like this happen to me, where everyone but my girlfriend and I were in their 30s. A few months after I turned 20, and looked like I was still in high school, I went to see The Northern Pikes at a bar in Halifax. This would be 2003, well after their hey-day. 1/2

And I feel compelled to add that I think this singing robot should be able to sing it like Dolly and Whitney. I mean, it's a robot, so it ought to sing in more than one voice. If we only limit it to one voice, we fail two species: robots and humans.

As long as we lean into that hopey, changey stuff, anything is possible!

I expect the writer to conclude that appearing in the tan suit is the greater offense.

Only missing the countless times Donald talked about how he'd be dating Ivanka if she weren't his daughter, and how badly he wanted to bone her anyway.

We need hard data on how the explosion of sports gambling is bankrupting young men - white ones, in particular - and leading them to kill themselves to pair with all the incidents of insider betting before anyone gets serious about outlawing sports gambling (or even just some aspects of it).

The problem for trans athletes is that letting them play sports won't make anyone rich.

Because it is Jake Gyllenhaal. Mountain Stud is a little known Brokeback Mountain spinoff series focusing on Jack Twist's life in mid-1970's Texas.
