I haven’t used my drawing skills since high school (43 years). Taking a class in Chiarascuro. The teacher asked us to stop after drawing the eye, but I didn’t hear that part until after I’d finished the drawing. My daughter tells me it’s frightening, but I feel good about it.

This guy was my husband for 24 years. On our 2nd date we talked about our mutual desire to make a family with kids in it. He was from Vienna. I was from the US. It was not easy, but we did it. Then, in 2021, he was taken from us by a heart attack at 53.
