It is boring; watch rugby instead. I started watching 6 Nations, international matches, and World Cup, just followed the British & Irish Lions tour of Oz. I’m ashamed to say I just watched the first women’s match (Canada vs Ireland), and it was brilliant, Must find a way to watch Women’s WC.

I am missing your point; I was unaware, but it does not surprise me, given who seeks border guard employment. Did you get more hassle from the Cdn guards, or the US? How were Cdns treated, compared to US crossers? Any refused entry, or detained? Border guards have virtually unlimited power.

We cannot visit the US and be safe, either when entering, or walking down the street. The US government has become a lawless one, and blue state governors cannot protect anyone from the clutches of Kristi the She-Wolf, aka ICE/Homeland Barbie.

They already lost a lot by employing uneducated thugs in ICE, & letting them act out their wishes for power over people - basically by forgetting due process. Trump says the US needs nothing from Canada, so fine: why does he look at us the way Putin regards Ukraine?

Exactly. I hear more than a few Americans, including these governors, asking Canadians to visit, and blaming the drop on tariffs, but they're wrong; it's the chance of being detained, imprisoned, and deported, without a hearing.

The US needs a civil rights movement for voters.
