This! Trump is not normal, his ‘administration’ (regime, rather- start using the language to your advantage) is not normal, nor are the elected representatives supporting him.

we have a president with a tenuous grip on small legislative majorities who is out of the gate with a flurry of dramatically unpopular orders and who has just demonstrated his weakness on the international stage. if i were an elected member of his domestic opposition, i might try to draw real blood.

Dear US Democrats: before 5 Nov, you all said he is a fascist; his actions since 20 Jan have proved that to be accurate. Now, start treating him like one. Do not normalise his behaviour by acting as if he is normal, by socialising with him or his cronies, and scream at their hypocrisy.

I think the theory has been proven pretty definitively. When the poor run out of things to eat, they won't eat the rich. They'll eat each other.
