Currently reading: The Fox and the Bladesworn by Jaydell ARC
This is their second novel (after They Them Wolf - and IT'S sequel is out this year too, They Them Fae). Their books feature heavy queer rep (this one sapphic FMCs, their first a trans MC), they're indie, and deserve all the love!

Text reads: Editing services masterpost Text reads: My proofreading focuses mostly on the usual editing details such as grammar and punctuation, sentence structure, as well as consistency of spelling and terminology throughout your manuscript. It consists of TWO passes through the manuscript, followed by a detailed email, and a style guide provided for your novel, assuming you don't already have one from a previous editor. You'll get frequent updates from me as I go via email or here on Insta if you'd like. I also offer a free sample edit of the first 1,000 words which I highly recommend you using to make sure you're happy with my style of communication and the way in which I work with your novel (we're all individual, after all)! Text reads: A sensitivity or accuracy read includes one pass over your manuscript which I read critically to watch for things like outdated or harmful terminology,author bias that may have slipped through, inaccurate portrayal of mental illness or disabilities, stereotyping which will negatively affect the community it's about... all WITHIN THE CONTEXT OF YOUR NOVEL'S SETTING AND CHARACTERS. I heavily take into account context and will ask clarifying questions where needed. At the conclusion of this service I'll send a detailed email and we can talk about anything you like!
