yeah, just looked at Vols and Sooners remaining schedule, November could end with seven schools with 10-2 or 9-3 records in the SEC. With expansion Vandy could have the best season in 100 years and still wind up 8th place in SEC standings.

I guess Gator/Mayo/Liberty/Reliaquest co-equal relationship with SEC throws a wrench in this a little bit. And i'm not sure any potential ACC matchup would demand Vandy going to Charlotte... we already played GaTech last year... I suspect we're fated to the liberty bowl forever.

Looking at bowl tie ins... Vandy actually could wind up here? top two SEC bowls outside Playoff is Orlando (Cheezit) and charlotte (Mayo). Even if Vandy and Texas are both 9-3, or Texas is 9-4, I'd guess Orlando would take the team more likely to have a big fan base travel.
