#MBTA Service on the New Bedford line is inexcusable. Fire Keolis and bring on veterans of LIRR or MetroNorth. I grew up riding MetroNorth, and it’s a model of efficiency next to this disaster.

The fact that the #mbta has the audacity to collect tickets after the train is delayed 1.5 hours, switched tracks 5x, and had us get on and off 2 trains, b/c of “police activity” 30 miles away…#mbta, you want the New Bedford line to fail. Shameful.
