Big Pharma might be feeling the heat from US policies, yet new drug candidates and platforms keep popping up here. We’ve just got to stay +ve, keep pushing forward, and make sure the UK Gov keeps backing science, competition’s tough out there, but rewards are worth it. @pippaheylings.bsky.social

While IL-1R1 blockers seem to offer only modest benefit, direct and specific depletion of IL1RAP positive clones could potentially deliver true improvements in outcomes for high-risk populations
