In Vado, NM, affordable housing demand far exceeds supply. With a $775K short-term loan from RCAC’s federally backed Loan Fund, Tierra del Sol Housing Corporation broke ground on 41 new Self-Help homes—bringing dozens of working families closer to homeownership.
