In Vado, NM, affordable housing demand far exceeds supply. A $775K short-term loan from RCAC’s federally supported Loan Fund helped Tierra del Sol Housing Corp. prepare land for 41 new Self-Help homes—paving the way for dozens of families to become homeowners.

RCAC hosted a private well training for 13 staff in West Sacramento last month. Staff attended a two-day training that included an on-site well assessment with local homeowners Stephen and Sarah Newman. We thank the Newmans for hosting our large staff group and for their hospitality.
