Guilt might be the worst. Guilt that others say isn't deserved. Talking with my therapist, I realized I have guilt about having joy...or even just satisfaction.

For the record, I'm going to stop being the person you've grown to love (or tolerate). It was a ruse this whole time. I am - and have always been - a cheddar biscuit. I have come to accept this fact and will no longer live the lie just to get along
