Good evening my lovely people, sorry not posted for a couple of days, training has been quite hard and now im tapering off, 3 runs over the last 3 days and tonight I am really feeling it, only 2 weeks to go and I am really nervous now. take care, stay safe and I’ll see you all soon #brightonmarathon

Good morning my lovely people, well the rain stopped but it was a very muddy parkrun with @meakernat @beatrice_stephanie07 and @wuzzymin volunteering so it wasn’t as bad as I thought it might be, off later to see our school @sjspschool singing carols at Newington Green, why not pop along?
