From RCMP at 3:21 a.m.: The TCH near South Branch in southwestern #Newfoundland is completely blocked in both directions. A tractor trailer has jack knifed and has blocked all four lanes. TCH is very slippery due to snow & ice. Police are on scene. Avoid the area for the time being. #nltraffic
