When Samsung finalized the S25, they were prob betting AI fatigue wouldn’t set in yet & hoped AI features could still excite buyers. The S24's debut of circle-to-search got some positive reactions, though it was just a reskinned Google Lens with well-thought-out UI & no LLM whatsoever.

We’re seeing similar price hikes & compromises on other 8 Elite flagships, but Samsung's already lagging behind in its hardware made the fan backlash worse.
