Made chili and corn bread from scratch today. Chili contains four kinds of beans, roasted onions, garlic, and poblanos, plus diced tomatoes, unsweetened Mexican chocolate, and a stout beer. The corn bread also has roasted onions, garlic, and poblanos, plus sharp cheese and creamed corn.

I’ve been walking like crazy these past few days, and had to walk a lot more today to Walmart and all around it. At least I managed to find the last two Transformers One figures at 50% clearance! Optimus Prime & Bumblebee!
