What a botch job by the Pirates. Tried to manipulate service time and ended up losing out on a year of Skenes and a draft pick by not doing right by the player

The city has now voted down the approval of Bonds for funding the new stadium and there is as much doubt as ever they will stay.
MLB should step in and bring them to Montreal as a trial run. Expansion is inevitable and Montreal is the choice

The negotiating period is 45 days. So he most likely will be listed in January and officially sign 1/15 or later.

For Sasaki and other posted international players, the Bonus Pool/International Signing period ends 12/15 for 2024, new period starts 1/15.
