I’m a former high school drop out who was rescued by federal social service programs (Upward Bound). Ultimately completed MBA in finance and retired in 2021 after years in retail, energy, and state regulatory positions.

With subsidies, I am paying $34 per month. If subsidies are not renewed, it will be over $1500 per month with a $10,000 deductible. Not doable.
