I stand with Senator Padilla and Congresswoman McIver.
Not taking anything away from Senator Padilla because he was treated atrociously
But I JUST want to remind everyone that the Congresswoman LaMonica McIver, a Black woman, was just indicted for just asking questions at an ICE detention center in her state

Ok #booksky there’s a book (ya fantasy), came out in 2019ish by a muslimah✋🏽 author about a girl living on a moon of Jupiter or Saturn (?). They were occupied by invaders. I remember the hardback was purple and gold. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I lost my copy and soooo wanna reread.
