From a Tribune article on the stadium.

Turns out there is at least one decent owner in sports.

This is the best picture I’ve seen of the combined impact.

Wont see much of an impact until ‘27 and this assumes that the new tax cuts don’t become permanent.

The Indian press is reporting that the next round of negotations will be in-person at the end of May.

50m miles and counting.

Trump was explicit back then that tariffs would be utilized to force fairer trade terms.

Here was his 7pt plan from a June 2016 economic speech.

It sounds much different than how he talks about tariffs today.

AI used to design mmWave circuits.

It came up with some positively bizarre designs. RF design has always been considered black magic within EE. It would be amazing if AI led to greater efficiency/performance.

This is one of the better misleading quotes you'll find from a CEO trying to change the narrative. It worked.

Cook tries to correct YoY revenue changes with QoQ inventory changes.

Inventory is supposed to be lower at the end of December than September! It was last year.

According to Airbnb, roughly 11,300 whole homes were rented for more than 90 nights in '23.

Less than I would have thought.

Leasing has been the way to go when purchasing a new EV.

The question is whether the leasing loophole which gives foreign EV vendors the $7500 tax credit will survive the Trump administration.

It's well worth reading, but I think he's looking for the bubble in the wrong place.

This quote doesn't apply to investors today. It applies to the CEOs of the hyperscalers and their capex expenditures. The bubble is in NVDA's revenues/margins and not their valuation.

It appears that UDC has lost their monopoly over red and green dopant sales in OLED displays.

Take a look at GM.

Q4 EV units of 44k, up sequentially 12k to a total of 114k units in '24.

They gave guidance of 200k-250k units in July of this year! How does Mary Berra get a pass on that?

and GM is doing better than most other vendors.

Waymo releases another safety study.

25 million miles with 9 property claims and 2 bodily injury claims.

Roughly a 90% decrease vs the benchmarks provided by Swiss Re (which I am sure can be endlessly argued over).
