My cell is tied to my health in a lot of ways, but it’s how I control my CGM and insulin pump... I had to break out the back up back-ups. It sucked. A lot. I’m still reworking my phone to get it right and it is eating time.

Love rice noodles! Check out some of the high protein noodles they have now. Chef Woo tastes the best. Also, Chickpea noodles are near carb free....

nice. It's really good on ramen. You can live on ramen , an egg, and chili crisp and you will not be unhappy.
