They are very much like the Senate Democratic "moderates," who have just completely betrayed the rank and file of their party.

Also, these people have seldom repented of the work they did bringing fascism to power in the United States. For them, history begins in 2016. Exception: Stuart Stevens, but he's the only exception that I know of. They will betray us at the first opportunity.

Pre-genetic and pre-DNA ideas of inheritance influence Tolkien's storytelling. I once went looking for books and articles on such ideas and I never found them. What's different about ideas based on Lord of the Rings is that they are based on fiction and everybody knows it.

My experience is that even when there is clear and consistent governance, people will argue about *that*. Also, if the mods have a case, they'd have to put Kendzior in the spotlight to make it.
This worries me, but I'm not at all certain the mods are in the wrong.

Please, do not take advice from this man on how to improve retail tenant occupancy in downtown Chicago. That’d be like taking his advice on how to run a university, or a casino, or, well, how to run anything at all basically.

Have you ever seen a case where moderators explaining makes it better, even when they're in the right?

His style is recognizable if you know it. You can also look most of these things up in the internet science fiction database, which has an archive of books and covers, though knowing the styles helps in navigating it.

Sword and sorcery predates Lord of the Rings. Tolkien was not the primary inspiration for D&D, though the D&D races are clearly taken from Lord of the Rings; Jack Vance was much more influential. And Vance was a racist.

Despite having some good points, I decided she was a conspiracy-minded crank years ago. She might have done something troublesome.

That's what it looks like to me. It's not clear to me that anyone can unify the Senate Democratic caucus, not when it's a tough fight. This is much worse than a leadership problem.

You might want to try Oracle virtualbox for your games; you can run them in actual Windows. Wine can often be made to work but requires considerable tinkering.

Mint is the simplest and most Windows-like Linux distribution, really the only one I would recommend to someone who hasn't had prior experience with Linux.
TIDAL will play in a browser but you don't get all the features. There's an app, TIDAL-HiFi which works, but is not officially supported.
