Was completely blown away by THE HOUSE WITH LAUGHING WINDOWS (1976), an absolutely vile and twisted giallo wrapped in the crumbling, rustic trapping of the folk horror genre. Really amazing if you can get your hands on a nice version.

I bought this and the cover made me think that it would be a sort of light-hearted but spooky ghost story manga.
Not the case! Ghost stories, yes, but genuinely incredibly mean-spirited, cruel and grotesque. Loved it, cannot wait for volume 2.

I still think Savageland is an exceptional film and a wonderful twist on the genre.

Been playing a lot of Atlyss and another player I was doing a dungeon with was surprised that I gave them stuff they needed for class I wasn't this makes me sad have MMOs really fallen so far people don't expect to get loot from the other people in the dungeon.
