Masking does "move the needle" because every single break in the chain of transmission matters. The Covid and flu vaccines do not make it harmless to get infected with those viruses, not even remotely. That's why masking is key! You need to take steps to meaningfully prevent infection

Few things have broken my faith in humanity than almost everyone giving up on clean air / masking / mitigations. The science is unambiguously clear. And yet. We could have had clean indoor air.
