Thanks for these words! There is absolutely no guidance for how retailers should handle it, and lots of laws that make it legally risky to either round up or round down. We are wrestling with it at my work now.

Yes, but the Canadian government issued guidance on how to deal with it. The US government hasn't, and there are all kinds of laws in the US that make it a crime to either round down or round up!
