My kitchen appliances are almost all breville and thermador and absolutely no shade to other brands bc I haven't tried them....but that's mainly bc I haven't had to get any of these replaced or even repaired in like 10/11 years [aka since installation]

Traveling with an entire Dutch oven is gonna be crazy but I have exactly ONE 9x13 pan with a lid and thats where my cinnamon rolls are going so the mac and cheese is just gonna be baked and transported in her 🙏🏼

Absolutely hate when a certain ding dong in this house freezes half and half to save it bc the fat separates and it defrosts very lumpy but I put it on the stove on low heat and whisked and strained it now it's back to normal
