Gonna also post some local lads because i really am not traveling that much lol, so heres an ichneumonid wasp on the front of my house (could be Oxyrrhexis sp. maybe carbonator?)

Dug up more than a decade old photos from a trip to the cloud forests in Costa Rica, before I had any semblance of a decent camera or photography skills but here’s a (maybe?) Costa Rican Redleg Tarantula (Abdomegaphobema mesomelas) and either a Ctenidae or Lycosidae spider (?)

One of the coolest things I saw in India was this massive Indus Valley Bullfrog (Hoplobatrachus tigerinus) in a small pond next to a temple at a mountain fort. This one was jet black but the males can turn bright yellow with blue vocal sacs in breeding season :)

Last year we had a snapping turtle (Chelydra serpentina) walk up from the nearby river and try and dig a nest in our yard. We think she was successful but never saw any babies emerge

I sorta forget many people Do Not Like to see bugs so heres a non bug too, a kerala warty frog (Minervarya keralensis) i saw in the western ghats :)

Since my vault does have many bugs heres a fun one: native Giant Leopard Moth (Hypercompe scribonia) and invasive Wood Leopard Moth (Zeuzera pyrina)
