How long does everyone’s Visible armband last? I got mine in January and it’s been falling apart the last month or so. The buckle/fastener on mine keeps getting caught on the velcro bit that’s lifted up in a weird way, making it hard to remove #visiblearmband #visiblepacing #ME/CFS #MECFS #NEISVoid

Went to see the cherry blossoms yesterday. Did it even though I knew I’d crash because I can feel myself progressively getting worse and this might be the last time I can do this. It was beautiful and I took lots of pictures on my DSLR. May post eventually. #NEISVoid #me/cfs #chronicillness

Went to see the cherry blossoms yesterday. Did it even though I knew I’d crash because I can feel myself progressively getting worse and this might be the last time I can do this. It was beautiful and I took lots of pictures on my DSLR. May post eventually. #NEISVoid #me/cfs #chronicillness

Does anyone know how to get around this scrolling issue with Bluesky and VoiceOver (Apple’s built in screen reader)? I’ve tried 4 different methods of scrolling and all but the last method either jump over sections, making me miss them, or get stuck interpreting the tab bar as the end of the- (1/2)

For anyone else struggling with this, I just found out my iPhone 13 has several accessibility options for motion!!! Unfortunately it doesn’t seem to affect scrolling on Bluesky but it can help with other things

#MECFS CW mild rash. A small warning for Visible armband users. Don’t leave it on after a shower. Let it dry before you put it back on and wear it for long periods. Their advertising of the armband being “100% waterproof” mislead me into thinking the band doesn’t absorb water. The device doesn’t 1/3

Just now I hit record levels of fatigue. I knew something was off when I got to IHOP for my mom’s bday and my HR wouldn’t drop below about 100 bpm despite sitting the whole time. Crashed in bed at 4:30pm and couldn’t move until 11pm with help from my dad to use the bathroom #NEISVoid #ME/CFS
