#sotd Areej le Doré - Agar de Noir (2020, Russian Adam). This is a woody amber w/ a nice dose of real oud & labdanum. It’s a smooth stained dark wood feel overlaid w/ a nice but not dominant powdery violet note. It’s a softer version of his Oud Luwak. #perfumesky

Why would anyone care if a middle aged white woman with purple hair likes mainstream music?
I'm Gen X who grew up with jazz, soul, R&B, OG hip hop, hung out backstage with TLC and incubus, and got really close to Prince at an after party once. Love alt rock and indie sleaze like Head Automatica. So, why would anyone be surprised that I dig Billie Eilish and Kendrick Lamar.
