Jerry Greenfield is resigning from Ben & Jerry's after nearly 50 years at the iconic ice cream company he co-founded with childhood friend Ben Cohen. Greenfield said in a resignation letter that parent company Unilever had worked to silence the founders from speaking out on social issues.

With each passing day it becomes clearer and clearer that abolishing ICE/ERO must be a top priority for any progressive candidate going forward.

In an era of massive backlogs and delays in the immigration court system, we hear they are cutting the size of the BIA down by nearly half! That makes zero sense and is clearly an effort to turn due process into a rubber stamp.
