In this @verfassungsblog.de post, @jsocher.bsky.social and I examine issues regarding non-resident voting. We suggest that countries that allow out-of-country voting should make more efforts to provide genuine opportunities for non-resident citizens to vote in elections, free from excessive hurdles.
