Caved in the shutdown. Not a win. They are doing nothing.

Neither have any of our democratic leaders.

We need to do more than just talking about it. Political grandstanding does not help us. Only action will at this point.

Susan Collins need to put into an elderly care facility. She’s not a democrat. She has zero spine, and zero business being in office.

I don’t change much. Neither do my athletes. By the time a rest day rolls around most of them need the caloric intake for the next working day. I do make them go a tad heavier on carbs on rest days, and back off fats a bit.

I think we all know ChatGPT and OpenAI are likely doing the same thing. Terms of agreement really don’t mean much anymore when enough money is involved.

How is taking action legitimizing their BS? It’s their BS creating the problems we are facing. We’re not making it our own by standing up, and uniting against it.

The only sensible thing to do is resists tyranny by protesting it. Being complacent, and slinging slurs at people solves literally nothing.

Possibly, but if we never bark back, the will try to get away with things like these in the future.

You going to Nationals?

Depends on the lift. Recently, with most of my new lifters, it’s been drive the ground away from the bar with your legs. Seeing a lot of stripper lifts with the newbies.
