Decided to introduce myself doing what I love. Here is a warmup to a complex we did a few weeks ago at our gym. I’m a USAW Olympic weightlifting coach, CrossFit coach, and powerlifting coach. I do write programs, and remote coach. Reach out if you need help with your lifts!
