No president has unilateral authority to refuse to spend congressionally appropriated funds. This is welcome confirmation from the courts and great news for libraries and museums throughout the country. The Washington State Library celebrates this federal court ruling.

By providing MS-ISAC membership for all of our county partners, we ensure they have continued access to cybersecurity services. The federal government is reducing its support for local election security, so we must step up as a state to provide these resources.
