I am for every day all of us turning our first focus on fascism (or, if you prefer, authoritarianism) itself. They are attacking and gaining ground on countless fronts. Time spent arguing with those with whom one could be in coalition is time fascism uses to seize more territory.

Tonight an unbelievable **34,000 people** gathered for our Denver rally to take on billionaires and win our country back.
This was the largest political gathering in Denver since Obama in 2008.
Also bigger than the 2024 DNC.
And the largest ever rally in Bernie’s career (and obviously, mine too).

Merrick Garland is not to blame for Trump’s return to power. The blame belongs with Mitch McConnell and SCOTUS for failing to serve as a check on abuse of power. My thoughts in The Contrarian.
