How can we shift the window to respectful fact based conversations and away from "I'm blocking you because I disagree with your endorsement of a particular thing".

That's how we wind up with red vs blue goggles and post-factual society.

We started building the battleground as a presales tool but it evolved over time to be a prompt rapid prototyping and prompt cost exploration tool.

If AMZN Connect were smart they'd release 3P STT/TTS integration at re:Invent because Transcribe and Polly are just not keeping up with the pace of innovation.

Every single day I see this request come in from our customers but I hear only crickets from the Connect team.
