As Associates in Big Law, we should not be fearful of pushing our law firms to do the right thing. There is no shame in asking them to, at a minimum, stand up for the rule of law and efforts to diversify our profession. That’s why I chose to speak up.

As Associates in Big Law, we should not be fearful of pushing our law firms to do the right thing. There is no shame in asking them to, at a minimum, stand up for the rule of law and efforts to diversify our profession. That’s why I chose to speak up.

Wicked was incredible. “Defying Gravity” was especially powerful. That song got me through the flight attendant union organizing push at Virgin America. Despite being vilified by management and having friends suddenly refusing to speak to me, I knew I was doing was the right, just thing.
