I can't donate because I don't live in America so I'm making an offering of cat pictures instead.

Even the Guardian is afraid to state the plain facts out loud 😢

How did I know this would be the case as soon as I read the headline?

"Mars cold. Make Mars warmer. Then people can live there"

This man has a fifth grader's understanding of science. How anyone can think he's a genius is beyond me.

My daughter made up a card game based on the #Google "no Internet" dinosaur game, called "exploding dinosaurs coming soon"

The goal is to keep jumping over birds and cactuses until your hand fills up with exploding dinosaurs, at which point you lose.

Yo @wriddhi.com your Bluesky receipt is buggy. Number of likes and reposts includes likes and reposts received by other people's stuff that I've reposted, not just my stuff.

I am not that popular.

Renewables only get us a quarter of the CO2 reductions we need. Fully half of emissions we have no solution for and massive government subsidies are required and not forthcoming for meaningful progress.

If we do start to see some sustained emissions reductions they will be short lived.

This story from the Guardian really stuck with me. This girl voted against her own interests because of some bullshit about undocumented immigrants voting, and she'll suffer for it.

The dominance of disinformation in the age of social media really seems unstoppable as a global force.
