I don't recall where I heard it, but supposedly there's a product sold by cascade that's designed to clean commercial fryers that's supposed to be identical (or damn close to) proper powdered dishwashing detergent.

Honestly a drawer full of a variety of old cables with the wires exposed and tinned and connector breakout boards is one of the most useful things ever. Also those tiny J-hook connectors.

In my area, around 3000 people showed up to the rally. Car horns were nonstop from passers-by. And this is in an area considered to be "deep red" even for Florida.
