I have an Ooni oven so I got this email too. I’m just saying, I’ve been using a second hand bread machine to mix my pizza dough for years now and it works great. $10 well spent.

Interesting. I have the 1976 Joy of Cooking recipe memorized by now and it’s almost double your recipe: 1 cup butter, 2.25 c flour, etc. but only 3/4 c each sugar. Do you know what year yours is?
