During the 2020 campaign she leveraged Hindu nationalist organizations to campaign for her outside Hindu temples in California. Some of her supporters talked to my wife with the pitch - She is the only politician who would help the Hindu community prosper.

India's broadcast media treats News as entertainment. Government doesn't mind the fake news stories as long as they are showing the Indian government in a positive light. It's the most cringe experience and an assault on the common sense.

You are right. Lunar eclipse from Earth (Earth's shadow covering the Moon) will be a solar eclipse on Moon (Earth blocking the Sun). Sun - Earth - Moon in that order.

I think Vigyan is a modern Hindi word created/adopted for the scientific studies. A major rehaul of Hindi language was done by the Indian government in 1958. Grammar was standardized and a lot of new Hindi words were created/redefined.

For anyone who is into astrophotography satellites are a big pain. They ruin so many exposures. Starlink satellites are the worst. Here's a sample from a few months ago. Thank you Elon.

Just got back from India. You would be surprised how many educated people in UP support this religious bigotry. The victim mentality has been drilled deep into the heads of the people. And now they see nothing wrong in these statements.
