At least California actually has a list, even though they aren't supposed to. It's not a list of "gun owners" it's a list of "people who have (legally) purchased a gun".

Interesting to see a new restaurant under construction right next door (shares a parking lot) to the long established Follow Your Heart in beautiful downtown Canoga Park.
These have to be related.
