I have never colored my hair, and it's still brown 4 decades later than my mom and grandmother turned gray. My grandmother wore her white-gray hair proudly; my mom colored hers until she died. I've always assumed it was diet, but IDK.

I volunteered doing trail work for about 25 years. Depends on the work to be done, but my go to is a basic rock rake. I can clear drains, walk and clear twigs, improve tread, and yes, rake out small rocks - not the size pictured.
