My daughter played Bubbles with George the cat this evening and captured this photo that absolutely destroyed me in a good way.

I’ve entered a new phase of Mom: the random advice giver. I still ask my own mom for advice sometimes so I don’t feel ready, but apparently I’m a junior member of the club now.

It was Boulder’s turn for MomSnuggles but George got jealous and helped himself the the cuddle party. Was it completely uncomfortable for me? Yes. Did I twist my spine for a solid thirty minutes so they could be happy together? HELL YES

My next #booksky recommendation, and another 5 ⭐️ review on #StoryGraph (support Black-owned and women-owned businesses!)

This book was adorable. If you want light-hearted but still meaningful, swoony romance and some good laughs, all with some spice, then I hope you’ll like this as much as I did.

As January finally draws to a close (good riddance) I will celebrate by showing off the custom hoodie my sister got me for Christmas with my favorite things on it:

His staff encountered resistance when demanding that Treasury officials grant access to systems managing the flow of more than $6 trillion annually to programs like Social Security and Medicare. Tensions escalated when Musk's aides were discovered at OPM accessing systems, including a vast database known as the Enterprise Human Resources Integration (EHRI), which contains sensitive information such as dates of birth, Social Security numbers, performance appraisals, home addresses, pay grades, and length of service for government employees. In response to employees speaking out, Musk's aides locked civil servants out of computer systems and offices, with reports of personal items being searched.”
