Do not buy books from Dark Owl Publishing! The owner and operator is Andrea Dawn, a known white supremacist, who is currently on threads talking about plowing cars into protesters.

Already ate some, but first homecooked healthy meal today - brussel sprouts and baked tilapia. Lunch was a salad of mixed greens, romaine lettuce, and arugula dressed in ranch.

Starting today, I'm going to start prioritizing my health both mentally and physically. I had another health scare; I can't keep experiencing these things, not when I can control some of them.

Public comment is now open for passport gender marker changes.

You can go here to go to each of the three proposed passport rules, and submit comment.

My suggestion: be unique, argue for trans-inclusive policies, against the constitutionality of the changes, etc.
