The whole scheme is implemented in #RStats, using 📦{googlesheets4} to read in the form submissions, {dplyr} to wrangle data and randomly assign pairs and {blastula} to compose and send the emails.

How it works:

- Folks opt-in via a sign-up form
- Buddy pairs are randomly assigned
- E-mails are sent to each pair making the introduction, with info about each other, and suggestions of some things you might talk about/do, to help get the conversation started
