One way to reduce drug spend is to have the FDA do an analysis of how long medicine retains it's potency. It can do it one drug at a time.

On the one hand, he wants absolutely no anonymous accusers, on the other he absolutely doesn't want this woman out of her NDA so she can stop being anonymous.
As for the Republican woman, there's no upside to speaking publically and putting herself in danger.
