I haven't posted on here a lot lately because I have been having A Time (TM). It's not great, and I'm not really sure what I can be doing outside of therapy (my therapist is still incredible, btw) so I'm just tryna... hang on I guess.

oh my God I found a really good therapist and let me tell you after barely 3 sessions, it's a -world- of difference from my previous therapy provider. I feel a tiny bit of hope now and that is so huge.
