Sourdough, one with kalagand(like barki, but creamier) and the other with saag, chili chutney and fried egg. An abomination I know but some days you crave home and miss your mom.

It's the welcome to the new cohort of students at university of Pretoria (UP) aka Tuks. One of students happens to be mine, I am so proud of her and grateful that she chose the place that positively impacted me.

Having thought about this, briefly,it is a geo-political decision, and of interest as to who joined. I will look to far far more interesting question who was considered and left out. No to Nigeria? No to Indonesia? Just two that would have been a fascinating addition.
